Odissey bvba (named in this document we or us) is located Melijndreef 13, 3080 Tervuren. Odissey bvba is a wholesaler of urban mobility goods (www.odissey.be) operating in Europe. We will process your personal data according to this privacy policy. When this policy changes, an updated version is published on our website. You can always visit our website without sharing your personal data. However, when you register to place an order, to ask for brochures or any other information, we can a number of personal data to do so.

What we do with the information we gather?
Odissey bvba gathers and processes personal data to manage customer accounts & process orders (e.g. customer administration, follow-up of orders/deliveries, manage your account, invoicing, follow-up of solvability and send marketing mailings and personalised publicity).
Legal basis of personal data processing
We process personal data based on contractual obligations (artikel 6.1.(b)). We use your adress and payment data because we need this information to deliver your order.
We process also other personal data because you gave us your agreement (artikel 6.2.(a)). We can - with your agreement use those additional personal data for different targeted purposes, such as keeping you informed of promotions via newsletters or mailings (can be via a third party). We can also contact you to follow-up on your request for information, after you have filled out a form, participated to a contest, an inquiry or a request of information about our products or request for after-sales service. Odissey bvba will share your personal data with third parties only when this is required for contractual obligations, for example when we need to send your order or need to process a request for payment or to respond to a legal requirement. Odissey bvba will retain the Personal Data for as long as necessary to deliver the Products and Services requested during and after the end of its contractual relationship with the Merchant, according to the industry standards. You can request us at any time to change or delete your personal data.

Controlling your personal information

To ensure that the request for information is issued by youself we ask you to provide us with a copy of your identity card. On this copy your picture, the MRZ (machine readable zone, the area with numbers at the bottom), your cardnumber and national number should be hided. This is to protect your privacy. Odissey bvba will treat your request as soon as possible, but this process can last until 4 weeks (worst case).
