Warranty 2 years

We select our products with very special care, they are all subject to high standards of quality and durability.

There are many spare parts available for each of our brands which enables repairing the product. Our products are warranted for 2 years against defects in material and/or workmanship. This warranty only applies to the first byer and doesn't apply to any damage caused by incorrect use, accidents, neglect, misuse, incorrect maintenance, wear and tear, unprescribed use by the brand or dammage by heat or contact with solvents. If a non-authorized party damages the product in its attempt to repair it, the warranty isn't applied.

When a defect in material or in workmanship is notified to Odissey within 2 years of the date of purchase, we will first attempt to repair the product. Only if a product can't be repaired or a spare part is irreplacable, which is determined by Odissey, the product can be replaced or credited. If a product is replaced or credited, the liability cannot exceed the purchase price of the defect product.

In order to repair or to credit products, claims can be evaluated by us only if we receive the correct photographic material and information of the defective product. The documents requested are: pictures of the defect, picture of the serial code of the product, SKU of the product and the date of purchase.

In case the warranty can't be applied because the exceeded warranty date, which is 2 years, the spare parts can still be delivered at cost price.

Specific brand conditions

NUTCASE

A defective fit system or spin dial cannot be repaired. Nevertheless, they are available as a spare part. Helmets will not be replaced in case of a defective spin dial. Contact us to ask us for spare parts available for Nutcase. Click here for overview of our spare parts.

Our Nutcase Bike Helmets (Baby Nutty, Little Nutty, Street, Metroride, Vio, Tracer & The Zone) are strictly for use with pedal cycles, skateboards, and roller skates - NOT motor sports, mopeds or motorcycles. This helmet protects only if it is properly adjusted. The buyer should try different sizes and choose the size that fits best and is most comfortable.

This helmet can absorb ONE serious impact after which it must immediately be destroyed and replaced. Do so even if the helmet appears undamaged. Impact causes invisible structural damage.

Children must not wear this helmet while climbing or doing other activities when there is a risk of strangulation / hanging if the child gets trapped with the helmet. Adults: Instruct children to follow this warning.
Do not modify or remove any original component parts of your helmet. Do not adapt your helmet for the purpose of attaching accessories, other than as recommended by NUTCASE.
Avoid exposure to extreme temperatures, pointed objects, sharp edges, salt water, adhesives, petroleum - based solvents, corrosive agents or common household cleaners such as ammonia or bleach. Exposure may cause damage that is not visible. Refer to Care and Storage instructions.
High temperatures, as in a parked car, may melt the NUTCASE hard shell. An uneven, bubbly surface indicates heat damage. Discard and replace a heat - damaged helmet. The NUTCASE warranty does not cover damage due to heat.
Helmets have a limited lifespan. If you outgrow your helmet or detect signs of wear, discard and replace it.
NUTCASE, Inc. shall not be held liable for damages, injuries or death caused by improper use, unapproved modifications, or repairs by unauthorized persons.

MICRO

Micro Mobility is the only brand worldwide that makes spare parts widely available. One of our commitments, as Belgian distributor is to have all parts in our local warehouse. Furthermore, Micro Belgium extends warranty on defects in material and/or workmanship to 4 years.

This extension of warranty on defects in material and/or workmanship is NOT valid for our electric range or our stunt scooters.

Wear and tear spare parts: brakes, wheels and handle bars are replaced at cost price and can't be applied as warranty. These can be bought at cost from our website. Click here for overview of our spare parts.
